DESCRIPTION:Women\, \nI can’t wait to gather for Leo season\, which rules the heart\, the solar plexus\, and our our vitality\, energy\, and sense of being seen. \nIn this circle\, we will ask ourselves: \n\nWhat is my deepest heart’s longing?\nWhat do I want to create in my life\, or in the world?\nHow can I bridge the gap between what I want and what my current reality is?\n\nThis month\, we are invited to think bigger\, bolder and brighter. \nLeo is brave\, unapologetic and allows itself to shine. Theses are some of the themes we will be exploring this month. \nIn Our Nature Magazine\n  \nAs a reminder\, here is the flow of our circles:  \nPhase 1: Enjoy a grounding meditation with light\, seated stretching and soothing breathwork to anchor in and get present. \nPhase 2: We’ll spend some time journaling to ask our deeper selves for more clarity and guidance on our path forward. This is also a great time to emotionally process and get things out! \nPhase 3: Next\, we’ll enter the main part of the evening: round-the-circle sharing. Each woman will get 5-10 minutes to express what’s on her heart; it could be struggles you’re going through\, celebrations to acknowledge\, getting something off your chest\, or a creative piece you wish to share. If you’re not in the mood to share that evening\, you don’t have to\, simply say “pass”. \nPhase 4: As we wrap up\, you can then respond to any woman in the group who shared previously WITHOUT giving advice. This is purely for connection and validation. We’ll close the circle and you’ll have a bit of time to socialize if you’d like. \nNOTE: Anything shared in circle is completely confidential and we ask that everyone respects this space as private. \nOTHER NOTES: Tea and light snacks will be provided. Please bring something comfortable to sit on (chairs are also available)\, a filled water bottle\, and a journal and pen. DESCRIPTION:Women of the Gorge\, \nAs the season starts to slow down and autumn is just on the horizon\, I am excited to begin our very first community women’s circle to help us refocus\, reprioritize\, and gather with your community. \nLeading classes and women’s spaces for 10+ years\, I have found that we heal\, grow\, and find what we most need in community. Whether you’re brand new to spaces like this or you’ve been a seasoned participant for awhile\, you can always meet yourself again and again as seasons of life change. \nHere’s how my circles are structured: \nPhase 1: Enjoy a grounding meditation with light\, seated stretching and soothing breathwork to anchor in and get present.
