Women’s Circle Sandy – Saturday, June 13

Women: it’s time we gather together to ground, nourish our nervous systems, and connect with each other. I cannot wait to grow this community here in Sandy!
Here’s what to expect:
Phase 1: Enjoy a grounding meditation with light, seated stretching and soothing breathwork to anchor in and get present.
Phase 2: We’ll spend some time journaling to ask our deeper selves for more clarity and guidance on our path forward. This is also a great time to emotionally process and get things out!
Phase 3: Next, we’ll enter the main part of the evening: round-the-circle sharing. Each woman will get 5-10 minutes to express what’s on her heart; it could be struggles you’re going through, celebrations to acknowledge, getting something off your chest, or a creative piece you wish to share. If you’re not in the mood to share that evening, you don’t have to, simply say “pass”.
Phase 4: As we wrap up, you can then respond to any woman in the group who shared previously WITHOUT giving advice. This is purely for connection and validation. We’ll close the circle and you’ll have a bit of time to socialize if you’d like.
NOTE: Anything shared in circle is completely confidential and we ask that everyone respects this space as private.
OTHER NOTES: Tea will be provided with a few mugs available. Please bring something comfortable to sit on, a mug or drinking vessel, and a journal and pen. (A couch and benches are also available). I can’t wait to drop in with all of you!
